Uniform Registration Forms

All cadets are now required to fill the form here. Please ensure that your email is correct before submitting the form.
If you make a mistake, received a new part or got promoted, please fill in the form again with the updated information. The email is paramount for getting your record correct.
If you accidentally filled out the incorrect email and submitted the form, please resubmit with the correct email, then talk to the Supply Officer during parade night.
